2, the long-term unopened solder paste must be stirred for 3-5 minutes before use, you can use manual mixing or automatic solder paste mixer to make it uniform, in order to use;

3, if it is found that the solder paste is dry and does not meet the production standards, you can add the appropriate thinner for the solder paste to stir, and then use;

4, in use according to the production requirements, how much to take how much, has been opened and not used completely should be put back in the refrigerator, if improperly stored, placed at room temperature for more than 12h, the solder paste to be scrapped;

Second, the use of solder paste precautions

1. The opening time should be as short as possible. After taking out enough solder paste, the inner cover should be covered immediately.

2. After removing the solder paste, cover the inner cover immediately and press down hard to squeeze out all the air between the cover and the solder paste, so that the inner cover and the solder paste are in close contact.

3, the extracted solder paste should be printed as soon as possible: the printing work should be continuous without pause, and the extracted solder paste should be printed as soon as possible

4. Disposal of the excess solder paste that has been taken out: after all printing is completed, the remaining solder paste should be recycled into a special bottle as soon as possible, and stored in isolation from the air as precautions 2. The remaining solder paste cannot be put back into the unused solder paste bottle.
